This policy applies to visits to this website. The separate App Privacy Policy applies to data processing within EggTimer.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the German version is authoritative.

This website is delivered through Vercel, a service provided by Vercel Inc., based in the United States. Each time the website is accessed, Vercel processes technically necessary access data. This may include the IP address, approximate location information derived from it, date and time of access, the requested resource, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and device information, system configuration, and HTTP status.

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, stable, and abuse-resistant delivery of the website. As part of its technical observability, Vercel generates edge request events for page and file requests. Licata Studio does not use this data for advertising or to create personal usage profiles.

Licata Studio uses Vercel’s Pro plan for this website. According to Vercel’s current documentation, observability data available in the Vercel dashboard is normally retained for one day and then automatically removed from the accessible period. Data may be processed for longer where necessary to prevent or investigate specific security incidents or to comply with legal obligations.

3. Contact by email or phone

If you contact Licata Studio, the contact details and content of your message are processed to handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps; otherwise, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is responding to legitimate enquiries.

The data is deleted once the request has been fully resolved and no statutory retention obligation or legitimate reason requires further storage.

4. Cookies, local storage, and tracking

Based on the website’s current technical implementation, it uses no cookies, marketing or analytics scripts, marketing pixels, or session recording. The website itself stores no information in Local Storage or Session Storage. It does not perform cross-site tracking.

If services requiring consent are added in the future, they will only be loaded after valid consent has been obtained, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Fonts, images, and external content

The website uses local system fonts. Product images and the EggTimer app icon are delivered by this website. Merely visiting the website does not load maps, videos, social media plugins, or externally hosted font files. External content is only accessed when you open a clearly marked link; the privacy terms of the respective provider then apply.

6. Recipients and international data transfers

Vercel Inc. receives website access data as the hosting provider. Email or telecommunications providers may also be involved when you contact Licata Studio. Vercel may process data in the United States and, through its subprocessors, in other countries. Where required, Vercel relies on applicable adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. For Pro and Enterprise customers, the Vercel Data Processing Addendum governs the processing of customer data and the relevant transfer mechanisms.

Licata Studio does not share website data for advertising purposes.

7. Your rights

Where the legal requirements are met, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Requests may be sent to info@licatastudio.de.
